D.E.T. (Dream Escapes Travel) is responsible for your personal information (Personal Data) in accordance with Section I of Article 16 of the Law. D.E.T. will use the data for editorial and statistical purposes only and to keep you informed about vacation planning services, excursions, transportation, tours, follow-ups on reservations, and the referral plan. By participating in the planning process of your next vacation, you authorize D.E.T. to use and process your personal information automatically, which will become part of our database for purposes such as identifying, locating, communicating, contacting you, sending information, updating our database, and obtaining statistics. The handling of your Personal Data will be indefinite from the date you provide it to D.E.T.
D.E.T., as the entity responsible for processing your personal data, is committed to complying with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility as protected by the Law. Based on Articles 13 and 14 of the Law, D.E.T. undertakes to treat your information with confidentiality and administrative security rules. According to Article 22 of the Law, you have the right at any time to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to the processing of your personal data with D.E.T. To request changes, you must send an email to info@dreamescapestravel.com.mx. In compliance with Article 29 of the Law, your request must contain your name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request, documents proving your identity or legal representation, a clear and precise description of the personal data, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data.
D.E.T. may use cookies during the provision of services on the website. Cookies are physical files of personal information stored in the user's terminal.
